Initial Public Offering of 21,009,067* equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("equity shares") of CSB Bank Limited ("the bank" or "the bank" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)195 per equity share (including share premium of (Rs)185 per equity share) (the "offer price") aggregating to (Rs)409.68 Crores* (the "offer") comprising a fresh issue of 1,230,769* equity shares by the bank aggregating to (Rs)24 Crores* ("fresh issue") and an Offer for sale of 19,778,298 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)385.68 Crores* by the selling shareholders, ("offer for sale").
