Go to the Support Section:
Visit the SMC Trade Online website.
Hover over the Support section on the website header.
Click on Grievance Redressal Portal.
Authenticate with Mobile Number:
On the Grievance Redressal Portal page, enter your mobile number, name, and email.
Click Submit to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS.
Enter OTP:
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
If the OTP is not received, click Resend OTP after 60 seconds.
Access Complaint Form:
After successful OTP verification, the complaint form will appear.
Fill in the Nature of Query and Detailed Remarks to describe your issue.
Submit Complaint:
Click Submit to register your complaint.
A confirmation message with a unique complaint ID will be displayed.
