  • LTV upto 70% of the valuation report given by designated value
  • Above 18 years of age at the commencement of the loan
  • Income / cash flows to establish source of repayment.
  • Maximum age of 65 years when the loan matures
  • Clear Marketable Title over property.
  • Both for salaries and self-employed

Terms & Conditions

  • The property must be free from any encumbrances.
  • The property must be mortgagble.
  • The loan amount is subject to the valuation of the property.
  • All property papers in original has to be with the customer at the time of loan proposal and needs to be submitted to us before disbursement.
  • The loan funding depends upon validity of title documents of the said property and its current market value.
  • The Loan to value on residential Property is upto 75% and against commercial property is upto 70%.

What is Loan against Property?
Loan against property is a loan given by creating mortgage over any of your property.
What are the properties against which Loan can be availed?
You can avail the Loan against the following properties:
  • Loan Against Commercial Property
  • Loan Against Residential Property
  • Loan Against Plot
  • Lease Rental Discounting
What is the maximum amount I can borrow?
In general the maximum amount can be borrowed against residential property is up to 75% and against commercial property is up to 70%. However the loan amount varies case to case basis as it depends upon other factors as well.
When will the loan be disbursed?
Disbursement only be made after credit, technical and legal appraisals of the property have been done, besides execution of loan documents and creation of mortgage over property be made either by deposit of original property documents or by registered mortgage or by both has been completed.
Can I repay the loan ahead of schedule?
Yes repayment of loan in full or part can be made ahead of schedule. Early redemption or foreclosure charges will be applicable as per schedule in Loan agreement.
