Initial public offering of 27,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Alkosign Limited ("Alkosign" or the "The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)45 per equity share (including a premium of (Rs)35 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating (Rs)12.15 crores (The "Issue") of which 1,38,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)0.62 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
