Initial public issue of 2,70,400 Equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Adjia Technologies Ltd ("The Issuer" Or "The Company") for cash at a price of (Rs)74/- per equity share (Including a share premium of (Rs)64/- per equity share) (The "Issue price") aggregating (Rs)2 Crores (The "Issue") of which 14,400 equity shares of face value (Rs)10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs)74/- per equity share, Aggregating (Rs)0.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker (The "Market Maker Reservaton portion").
