Public offer of 5,06,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("equity Shares") of G M Polyplast Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)160.00 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)150.00 per equity share (The "Offer Price") aggregating to (Rs), 8.10 crores ("The Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 3,20,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)5.12 crores (The "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 1,86,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to (Rs)2.98 crores of which 26,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each for cash at a price of (Rs)160.00 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)150.00 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)0.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The Offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of 4,80,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each at a price of (Rs)160.00 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)150.00 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)7.68 crores (The "Net Offer"). The Offer and The Net offer will constitute 26.35% and 25.00% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The Face value of the equity share is (Rs)10.00 and the offer price is 16.0 times of the face value of the equity shares.
