Initial public offer consisiting of fresh issue of upto 19.26.000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each filly paid cash at a price of (Rs)60/- per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)50 per equity share) (the issue price) aggregating upto (Rs)11.56 Crores ("the issue") of which 98,000 equity' shares of face value (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)60/- per equity aggregating (Rs)0.59 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reseravation portion i.e. Issue 18,28,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)60 per equity share aggregating (Rs)10.97 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue".
