Initial public issue of up to 85,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited ("The Company" or "The "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)153 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)143 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs)130.05* crores ("The Issue"). The issue will constitute 33.36% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. *Subject of finalisation of basis of allotment The face value of equity shares is (Rs)10 each. The price band is (Rs)153 per equity share of face value of (Rs)10.00 each. The floor price is 15.3 times of the face value of equity shares.
