Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("equity shares") of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited ("Bank" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)[*] per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)[*] per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs)[*] crores (the "offer") comprising of a fresh issue of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to (Rs)280.00 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 72,000,000 equity shares by Equitas Holdings Limited (the "promoter selling shareholder, and such equity shares the "offered shares") aggregating up to (Rs)[*] crores (the "offer for sale").
