Service Charges

Processing Fees From 1% to 3% of the Loan Amount depending upon case to case basis + applicable taxes
Other Charges Other charges including but not limited to statutory charges such as stamp duty on documentation, Monitoring and Inspection Charges and Quality checking charges etc., as applicable, and any other charges as communicated to the customer from time-to-time by SMC FINANCE are to be payable by the client.

Terms & Conditions

  • Availability of Loan is subject to the feasibility of the project, integrity of the promoters and validity & value of securities to be kept as collateral.
  • All necessary approvals and NOC from various departments and authorities has to be obtained before Loan application.
  • Detail scrutiny about the project and the validity of the security to be kept as collateral, will be done by SMC Finance before disbursement of loan amount.
