A J Brothers was originally established as a partnership firm engaged in the business of construction, warehousing and clearing & forwarding agency. It was converted into a Private Limited Company in the name and style of A J Brothers Private Limited. The company became a Limited Company with and the word "Private" has been deleted from the name of the company it is now named as A J Brothers Limited. As there is uncertain market condition for extrusions and additional capacity being added, Directors have decided to defer the implementation of copper extrusion project. The Company has an accumulated Loss of Rs. 504.53 Lacs as on 31st March, 1999, which has resulted in erosion of total net worth of the company. The company has become sick, within the provisions of the Sick industrial Companies (Special Provision) Act, 1985. As required by the said act necessary reference has been made to the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction for its direction.
