Public issue of 29,82,000 equity shares of a face value of (Rs)10/- each (the "equity shares") of Moksh Ornaments Llimited ("the Company" or "MOL" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)37/- per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)27.00 per equity Share) ("issue price") aggregating to (Rs)11.03 Crores ("the issue") of which 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)0.58 Crores Will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker Reservation portion i.e. Issue of 28,26,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each at an issue price of (Rs)37.00 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)10.45 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue".
